RETURN & REFUND POLICY — Twee Trends Co.

At Twee Trends Co., we want you and your little one to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
1. Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period unfortunately cannot be accepted.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and unworn
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging (if applicable)
Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, washed, or altered will not be accepted for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Innerwear, socks, and hair accessories (hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased on final sale/clearance (clearly marked at checkout)
- Gift cards
4. How to Request a Return
- Contact us at [tweetrends.co@gmail.com/8282874433] within 3 days of delivery, mentioning your Order Number and reason for return
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return address/pickup details
- Pack the item securely with the original tags
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defect, wrong item, or damage during transit, Twee Trends Co. will bear the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to a change of mind or size preference, the customer will bear the return shipping cost
6. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via bank transfer/UPI (for COD orders)
- Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
7. Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or color instead of a refund, mention this while raising your request — subject to stock availability. Exchanges are also processed within the 3-day window.
8. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is fulfilled and handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled, but our standard return policy applies once delivered.
