We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods and Charges
We offer two delivery options at checkout:
- Standard Delivery — ₹49 (estimated 4-7 business days)
- Express Delivery — ₹99 (estimated 2-4 business days)
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier serviceability.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment's status until it's delivered to you.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners (including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, and others) to ensure reliable delivery across India.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for eligible orders and pin codes. A nominal COD handling fee may apply, shown at checkout before you place your order.
7. Delayed or Missing Deliveries
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier logistics, weather, regional disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. 8. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Twee Trends Co. is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. 9. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts (e.g., customer unavailable, incorrect address, refusal to accept), the order will be returned to us. In such cases, you may be asked to pay the shipping cost again if you'd like the order reshipped.
10. Damaged Packages
